Atlas Training & Consulting

From expert in hiding to a brand that owns every room she walks into.

The Situation

Our client spent more than 20 years in law enforcement — the kind of career that builds real authority, not the kind you can fake. She understood physical safety, violence prevention, emotional and psychological safety in the workplace in ways that most consultants can only approximate. When she decided to go independent, she wasn't short on credibility. She was short on infrastructure.

That's the gap 712 Creative was built to close. Jill didn't need to be convinced she had something valuable to offer. Her potential clients needed to see it — clearly, quickly, and in a way that made saying yes feel obvious. She was writing a book, building a conference, and stepping onto speaking stages. She needed a brand that could hold all of that weight.

When she came to 712 Creative, she had expertise, a sharp professional network, and a clear mission. What she didn't have was a logo, a website, a content system, or a way to convert a first impression into a client relationship. That's what we built.

What we Built

Brand Strategy / Brand Blueprint

We developed a full Brand Blueprint to give Atlas Training and Consulting a strong strategic foundation. This included competitor and positioning research to better understand the landscape and identify opportunities for differentiation, buyer persona development to define the audiences Jill most wanted to reach, complete brand messaging, and a communications playbook outlining the brand’s personality, voice, tone, and style. We also created a high-level execution and marketing strategy to guide how the brand would grow and show up across touchpoints.

Visual Identity and Collateral

We created a full visual identity system including logo, color palette, typography, and supporting visual language designed to reflect authority, professionalism, and approachability. We also designed supporting collateral including business cards, a two-pager, and lead magnets to help Jill present her business consistently across real-world and digital touchpoints.

Trade Show Materials

Social Media Content

We created a range of social media content to support visibility and promotion, including foundational brand-building posts, conference-related promo content, and book promotion posts. Rather than treating these as disconnected efforts, the goal was to help Atlas show up consistently and professionally across different moments in the business.

Web Design and Copywriting

We designed and developed a full website for Atlas Training and Consulting and wrote the copy throughout the site. The website was built to establish credibility, clearly communicate Jill’s services, and create a stronger first impression for potential clients, event organizers, and training partners.

Book Landing Page

We also created a dedicated landing page connected to Jill’s book so that interest around the book could support broader brand visibility and business growth.

Content Strategy and Ongoing Content Support

We developed a full content strategy and supported selected blog formatting and publishing to help keep the brand active and useful online.

The Shift

Atlas Training and Consulting moved from expert-led potential to a much more fully developed brand presence. Jill’s authority was already there, but now the brand around that authority is clearer, more cohesive, and better equipped to support growth.

With a full strategic foundation, visual identity, website, and supporting marketing materials in place, Atlas is better positioned to build credibility, promote services, and create stronger connections with prospective clients and event audiences. The brand now reflects the depth and professionalism of the work behind it.

Very timely, very responsive. Well articulated next steps.

Small business for small business, so they've really listened first instead of trying to just push their own thoughts. They are very down to earth and creative.
