Something to Crow About

The Situation

Something to Crow About Health Clinic did not stay the same for long, and that is exactly what makes this story compelling.

When the brand first came to 712, it was an early-stage primary care clinic with an outdated, minimal website and a founder with a much bigger vision than the brand was currently communicating. Jennifer Christensen had built the clinic around a deeply personal belief: healthcare should be more human, more transparent, more relationship-driven, and more responsive to what people actually need. That heart is still visible in the brand today. On the current site, the clinic’s story explains that the business began as a one-room, cash-based primary care clinic built around the idea that healthcare should be personal and centered around the patient, not the system.

What happened next was rapid growth and evolution. As demand shifted and the practice expanded, Something to Crow About grew from a primary care clinic into a broader wellness and aesthetics brand, and eventually into the high-end med spa and wellness clinic it is today. The current website now features medical weight loss, hormone optimization, Botox, fillers, CoolSculpting, laser skin rejuvenation, hydrafacials, microneedling, regenerative aesthetics, and more, all delivered under a much more premium and polished brand experience.

This case study is really about helping a founder bring her vision to life over time and supporting a brand through multiple stages of growth, repositioning, and expansion.

What we Built

Brand Strategy / Brand Blueprint

We started with a full Brand Blueprint to help define the original strategic foundation of the business. That work included competitor and positioning research, buyer personas, brand messaging, communication guidelines, and a high-level execution and marketing strategy. Early on, the brand needed help clearly explaining a different kind of healthcare experience and building trust around a newer model. As the clinic evolved, that strategic foundation helped support later growth and repositioning.

Marketing Collateral and Promotional Materials

Over the years, we created a wide range of supporting materials to help the clinic market individual services and events, including postcards, flyers, and two-pagers for different offers and treatments.

Paid Advertising and Campaign Support

We have supported Something to Crow About with paid advertising for years, including Facebook advertising and native advertising. That support has included service promotion, event promotion such as open houses, and ongoing campaign creative for the clinic’s evolving service mix.

Website design across multiple growth phases

One of the biggest parts of this engagement has been web design and redevelopment over time. We did not just build one website. We have now supported three major website iterations as the brand evolved. The first helped transform a minimal early-stage primary care site into a much more robust digital presence. Later versions adapted as the clinic expanded into primary care plus aesthetics, and the current version reflects the newest chapter: a more feminine, elevated, premium med spa and wellness brand. The live site now presents a significantly broader and more polished experience, with robust service architecture, stronger visuals, clear trust-builders, team presentation, and a fuller articulation of the brand story.

Organic Social Media Support

We also managed organic social media for a significant period of time, helping the brand build a stronger digital presence as it grew. While the clinic now handles more of that internally, social media support was an important part of the earlier growth phase.

Consulting and Ongoing Strategic Guidance

This has also been a broader advisory relationship. Beyond deliverables, we have supported the clinic with ongoing marketing consulting and creative direction, including items like general strategy guidance, promotional planning, and even photography shot-list support to help the brand continue maturing visually.

Google Business Profile Support

We also helped resolve issues with the clinic’s Google Business presence so that the brand could show up more effectively and reliably online.

The Shift

Something to Crow About Health Clinic evolved from a small, newer primary care clinic with a limited web presence into a far more developed, visible, and sophisticated brand. What began as an alternative to impersonal healthcare grew into a thriving wellness and aesthetics business with an expanded team, a refined service mix, and a much more premium market presence. The current site reflects that shift clearly, positioning the brand as a top med spa and wellness clinic in Hutchinson with broad services, medical credibility, and a polished customer experience.

But the deeper transformation is not just visual. This was a founder-led vision that kept growing, and 712 helped the brand keep pace. Instead of rebuilding from scratch each time the business changed, we helped the brand evolve intentionally through multiple chapters, aligning the messaging, website, and marketing with where the clinic was going next.

We help your customers understand why they need you. Strategy-first branding and marketing that resonates, connects, and drives results.
